For 30 years I was an international banker until my brain bugged-out in early 2024. The corporate office was a closed universe with its own rules, characters and battle grounds. During the pandemic I started sketching colleagues and professional acquaintances. I drew beings metamorphosised by their professional environment. Since I left the financial industry I have continued to sketch and draw people that I encounter in person or virtually (Teams, Zoom, etc). My “models” are unaware that I am scrutinizing them. This allows natural expressions (joy, stress, boredom, sadness, fear, success, achievement, etc...) to blossom without filters.
